 What we do

Our team have experience since 2002 of working with job seekers looking to re-enter the workforce so we have a solid understanding of the training requirements for you and your clients. This section of our site has been created to provide you with a tailored solution for your clients who need to learn MYOB and other Microsoft Office applications to gain entry to the workforce.

To foster a strong online relationship between your organisation and ours we will perform the following tasks for every client who is enrolled to complete the MYOB and Microsoft Office courses.

  1. Assess the client when they have completed their online course
  2. Provide you with a transcript of their complete access history on the site so that you can see evidence of time spend at this site (if requested).
  3. Provide your client with a Certificate of Completion after successful completion of the assessment task or knowledge review.

We understand that your organisation needs to be invoiced for all training and the student and their consultant need to be identified on the invoice, so we have created the form on the Client Enrolment page that you can use to enrol a client. Workface will then email an invoice with all the required information.

The total cost to your organisation varies depending on the course your client needs and the course options you choose.  Please see pricing at the Client Enrolment page.

Your clients can access the courses as a reference for life (if that option is chosen), including new material and updated course content, so when they are in a working environment and need help performing tasks, they can quickly locate the video to show them how.
